Articles purchased online from can only be exchanged online by shipping the article to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of your purchase, provided that:

·         Product(s) must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice

·         Product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect

·        Product(s) received does not match the original specifications mentioned on the website or is different from your actual purchase.


The return should be reported by emailing us the images of any defective product at or by calling us at +92 317-1024142 within 7 days of purchase.


Items purchased in stores can be exchanged at any store nationwide.

If the desired article is no longer available, exchange can be made with a different article at its current price.

You will be offered an exchange with the same price valued product only after our team reviews the product.


Please note that due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
